10-Year Limited Non-Transferable Residential Warranty

Scope of Warranty

This 10-Year Limited Non-Transferable Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Valsaga (“Manufacturer”) and applies exclusively to Valsaga ReviveDeck™ (the “Product”).

• Valid only for residential applications

• Applies only to the original purchaser or property owner at the time of original installation

• Commercial, industrial, or non-residential uses are excluded

The Warranty covers material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, under normal residential use and service conditions.

Product Registration Requirement

To activate this Warranty, the Product must be registered online within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Required Registration Information

• Purchaser Name and Contact Details

• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

• Product name and quantity

• Installation address and installation date

Failure to complete registration within the required timeframe may result in denial of warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

Subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined below, Valsaga warrants that the Product will be free from material defects resulting in:

• Splitting or splintering

• Rotting

• Structural damage caused by fungal decay or termites

Remedy

At its sole discretion, Valsaga will:

• Replace the defective Product or

• Refund a prorated portion of the original purchase price based on Product age

Warranty remedies apply to Product only and do not include labor, removal, reinstallation, or associated costs.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation or failure to follow Valsaga guidelines

• Use outside intended residential applications

• Commercial, industrial, rental, or multi-family use

• Structural movement or substructure failure

• Natural disasters (flooding, hurricanes, earthquakes)

• Normal weathering, fading, or UV-related color variation

• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Exposure to extreme heat, fire, or reflected sunlight

• Unauthorized alteration, modification, painting, or resurfacing

Warranty Claim Process

If a defect is discovered:

• Notify Valsaga within 30 days of discovery

• Claims must be submitted before warranty expiration

Valsaga reserves the right to inspect the Product or request samples before approving any claim.

Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer: Except as stated herein, all other warranties—express or implied—are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Damages: Liability is limited to Product replacement or prorated refund only. Valsaga is not responsible for labor, installation, removal, or incidental or consequential damages.

Some state laws may not allow certain limitations. This Warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by state.

Non-Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser and original installation location. Coverage terminates upon sale, transfer, lease, or conveyance of the property.

Miscellaneous

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Purchaser and Valsaga and supersedes all prior representations. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by an authorized Valsaga representative.
